Lumevo Lab ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") operates mobile applications including Memiq and other games (collectively, the "Apps"). 2. Backend Services

2.1 Firebase (Google)

Our Apps use Google Firebase as a backend service, which includes:

• Firestore Database: Stores game data, user profiles, leaderboards, and multiplayer match information
• Realtime Database: Enables real-time multiplayer features and presence tracking
• Cloud Functions: Processes game logic and calculations server-side
• Firebase Analytics: Tracks app usage patterns and feature engagement
• Firebase App Check: Verifies authentic app connections using Apple App Attest

2.2 RevenueCat

2.3 Apple App Store

When you download and install our Apps from the App Store, Apple collects certain information. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Game data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS
• Personal identifiable information is stored with appropriate safeguards
• We implement Firebase security rules to restrict unauthorized access
• Local device data is encrypted using native iOS security mechanisms

4. User Rights and Choices

• You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us
• You can opt out of analytics collection through app settings where available
• You can disable targeted advertising in iOS settings
• You may request a copy of your personal data

5. Data Retention

We retain game data and user profiles for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our Apps. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Analytics data is typically retained for up to 13 months.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete such data promptly. Parents who believe their child has provided information to our Apps should contact us immediately.

7. International Transfers

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to, and maintained in, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
